Scheduling an Appointment and Directions to our Facility
AEP's patients are referred in one of 2 ways:
Self referrals: These patients contact AEP at (501) 227-5061 and schedule an appointment. You will need to obtain the following information from your primary care physician: history and physical information, EEG result (if conducted within the past year), and your last clinic note.
You should note, some insurance companies may require a referral from your primary care physician before receiving the types of specialized services we provide.
Physician referrals: Your physician will contact AEP and provide us with all necessary information; AEP's staff will contact you for an appointment time that meets your needs.
Once all records are received, you should expect an appointment within about 2 weeks. We ask that all new patients arrive 20 minutes early for their first appointment, allowing time for paperwork.
